Triceps are the forgotten side of our arms that gets very little attention. YET, they're the primary assistance muscle group for pushing exercises such as chest press and shoulder press. Building strong triceps has the POTENTIAL to reduce joint pain to the proximal joints in the arms and upper trunk. Stretching and mobilizing the muscles from our fingers to our shoulders and upper back have it's purpose, ALONG WITH building strong triceps.
