obility is one aspect of a healthy back, that can help reduce joint pain and injury. But how do we challenge our spine to work in the ways it's structured. In this video I take you through flexion and extension (forward and back & side to side) as well as rotation to give you back a complete routine. These exercises are great for beginners but also works as a great warm up, a mid day routine during work, and post activity recovery.
