MASTER CORE STABILITY

In this video I discuss how to improve range of motion in your shoulders and core stability. Using a stability ball and an ab wheel, we can create length in the muscles on the front side of our body. These exercises are great for anyone with a sedentary lifestyle or work flow seeking to find more activity in their free time. You don't have to be the strongest or most flexible. These exercises are great way to start building an exercise routine, using a high volume of repetitions.
