Would you rather have a core that looks good or functions well? You can have both! However, chasing function will produce the aesthetic. In this video I address simple yet effective exercises to address core activation with intentional breathing, anti-rotation, and coordinated movements. The muscles in our abs support our body so that we can carry out activities in daily life, and perform in sports and physical activity. These exercises can be done as warm up, cool down, or break time when you're feeling stiff and need to grease your joints.
